If you want a fruit forward coffee, this is a great choice! Blueberry is back. Lots of sweetness and a delicate body with a pineapple like acidity. It has been a favorite here at the roastery, grab a box while we have it!
A phenomenal coffee from the Chiapas region of southern Mexico. Grown along El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, it has all the killer notes you would expect from a high quality Mexican coffee. This is a great all-purpose coffee, suitable for any brew method from drip to espresso.

Our first direct-trade offering! This coffee has a heavy, syrupy body with hints of orange, dark chocolate, and almonds. It is the perfect coffee for those who tend to prefer darker roasts and deep chocolaty notes.

Finca Juan Martin, managed by Banexport, represents an innovative agricultural venture dedicated to advancing coffee cultivation and processing methods to achieve superior quality. Nestled in the highlands of Sotara near Popayan, the farm not only prioritizes eco-friendly practices but also acts as a learning center and employer for the local community. Through rigorous upkeep including soil conservation, pest control, and regular maintenance of coffee trees, Finca Juan Martin upholds rigorous quality standards tailored to the specific needs of each coffee variety, considering factors such as Brix level, moisture content, and desired flavor profiles.

Not all Decaffeinated coffees are roasted equally. We can assure you this coffee has been handled just as delicately in the roaster as any other coffee. With hints of graham cracker, almonds and chocolate, this decaf has been roasted to impress. We assure you this coffee has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method, which has been proven to be the safest form of decaffeinating coffee.
